  Sellers are required by state law to disclose what they know about their property. The Windermere attorneys are continually reviewing and interpreting the state laws. Attached are their conclusions as well as a copy of the questionnaire sellers are required to complete.

  this law clarifies whom represents who in a real estate transaction, the sellers or buyers or both. Although the law provides for dual agency (agent representing both) I will only represent your interests.
