What I can do for you as a buyer?
- Negotiate on your behalf. My goal is to help you obtain the property that most closely matches your needs at the best price and terms possible.
- What are your housing options? My role is to help you understand what your housing options are in our market place and within your price range.
- What is fair market value? I will help you determine and make recommendations as to what a particular property is "worth" in our market. I want to be sure you do not over pay for a particular property.
- Real Estate Contracts. The multiple listing services have a team of attorneys that are constantly reviewing and updating real estate contracts. I will lead you through those contracts and explain your options. If we become involved in an unusual or complicated contingency I will recommend we consult a local real estate attorney.
- I have a team of experts you can call upon. I can make suggestions as to Structural Inspectors, Drainage Experts, Septic and Well Inspectors, etc.
- What are your financing options? This is a very dynamic industry. The programs are changing daily. I can refer you to the most knowledgeable finance experts I know.
- Information about various neighborhoods on the Island. I can share first hand knowledge about the amenities each community offers.
- Information about community services and events. There are many activities and events celebrated on this Island. In many respects this remains a small community.
- New Listings. I will keep you informed as new listings come on market that fit your criteria. This will save you time and help ensure you do not miss a new opportunity.
- Working with my fellow agents. An important component in best representing you is to have good working relationships with the other agents on the Island. Other agents will then look forward to working with me which serves you. In addition I can always ask about new listings and possibly get a lead that something you might like that is coming on market. We can then position ourselves to be able to see the property as soon as it is available.
